Return & Exchanges
Return & Exchange Policy:
- 30-day Return Window: You can return items purchased from novarajewelry.com for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved before sending it back to us.
- Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging (including gifts).
- Return Shipping Cost: Please note that while we are happy to refund or exchange for store credit, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number for proof of return.
- Refunds: Upon a successful return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds will be calculated according to the promotional discount applied to the order. Your refund may take 2-7 business days to reflect in your account.
- Exchanges: We offer store credit if you would like to exchange for a different item. Upon a successful return, we will issue you a personalized code. All exchanges are final.
- Gift Exchanges: Gifted items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

Bundles:
- Bundles count as one (1) item and must be returned together to receive a full refund or store credit.
- If you wish to return items in a bundle individually, we will issue a proportionate refund or store credit.

Promo Sets:
- Promo sets (such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free) must be returned together to receive a full refund or store credit.
- If you wish to return 1 to 2 items, you will receive an 80% refund or store credit of the full value of each item.

- Mystery products and free gifts are non-refundable.
